How the community-controlled EarthBound run works
The emulator runs on the Played By You broadcast machine. Viewer commands are accepted through the Twitch channel, rate-limited for stability, converted to controller inputs and applied to the live game. Because everyone can contribute, progress is collaborative rather than a conventional single-player speedrun.
Join the run
Open the live Twitch channel, follow PlayedByYouLive and use Play Controller. Your accepted inputs contribute to the community total and your own player history.
What happens after EarthBound?
The next game is chosen through the community queue. Current voting data is visible on the community page and inside Play Hub on Twitch.
